Fast Response Time
One of our strengths is our company-wide commitment to respond quickly to customers' needs. Not only are we fast at setting up appointments for in-home estimates (usually within 48 hours), our lead time to start work on a residential painting project in Charlotte is only two weeks from the date of acceptance of our proposal. The reason why we are able to commit to such short lead times is that our painting operations are scalable. We have the manpower, resources and the logistics in place to start on residential painting projects quickly.
